I’m a PhD candidate in Genomics at the Sanger Institute, Cambridge, UK. An underlying theme of my research is that I make heavy use of somatic mutations to build phylogenies of cell populations. However, I am currently working on 2 quite different and separate projects:

1) Somatic evolution in ageing

2) Lineage tracing of tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes

The main purpose of this site is to serve as the home of my blog, where I will write about science, particularly topics related to ageing. In the future, I hope to also write more about biotech start-ups.
